By submitting an article or notice to be posted in Ratlines you represent and warrant that the article was written by you, is not plagiarized, is true and accurate, not defamatory or derogatory in any way and will not be the subject of any liability (legal or equitable). No compensation will be paid for articles submitted to the site. You agree to defend and indemnify U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC and any of its members for any liability (legal or equitable) that results from the article or announcement you submitted. You agree to hold U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC and any of its members harmless for any liability (legal or equitable) that you incur as a result of submitting the article or announcement. This section shall also apply to Memorable Moments submitted.

If approval is given, the graphic or text used on the third-party site to link to UAHSAP must be either supplied by U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC or have prior approval from U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC. STATEMENT OF NON-AFFILIATION
U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC is an independent company run by AHS Alumni. It is not affiliated with the City of Algonac nor with Algonac High School.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship, or any other business relationship has been formed by yourself and U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC by virtue of your listing on, or otherwise using, the site. By signing up you become a "member" of the site but signing up on the page does not make you a member of the firm U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed according to Florida Law. You also agree to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Florida Courts of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit (Tampa, Florida) for all dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this site. You waive any objections to venue and stipulate to the admissibility of a printed version of this document into evidence as a business record.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Any and all suits in connection with this site and the services contained herein shall be subject to a One (1) Year Limitations Period commencing from the time the cause of action acrues. The parties further agree that the statute of limitations will not be tolled for any reason.
WAIVER
U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC may waive certain portions of these Terms of Service from time to time in its sole discretion without limitation. Any particular waiver of a provision, sentence, or paragraph shall be construed as a waiver for only that particular instance and not as a waiver of the paragraph for future instances.
Similarly, U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC may decided in its own discretion which violations of these Terms of Service to pursue. Failure to pursue any single violation shall not bar U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC from pursuing other violations and shall not be construed as a waiver of the particular provision.
MISCELLANEOUS
The heading are intended for convenience only and shall not be used to construe the meaning of these Terms of Service.
If any provision, paragraph, sentence or phrase of these Terms of Service is found to be contrary to law or public policy, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision, paragraph, sentence or phrase shall be severed from the rest of the document which then shall be given effect.
These Terms of Service are to be construed without regard to which party drafted them. In construing an ambiguous provision, it shall be construed in a way most favoring non-liability on the part of U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC.
U.A.H.S.A.P.,LLC when used in this document shall include the legal entity, its members, administrators, and staff.
There may be from time to time additional Terms and Conditions posted on individual pages within the site that pertain to that specific page. Such additional terms do not negate the effect and applicability of these Terms of Service which govern the whole site. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and an additional term or condition found on an individual page within the site, these Terms of Service shall prevail and be applied.
